(COMPLETED) Ash Creek Community Beautification Project - Wall & Monument Sign construction

in 2017 Northwest Harris County MUD No. 24 is installed a brand new beautiful brick wall & monument sign for the Ash Creek neighborhood.

This Project was approved by the Board of Directors of Northwest Harris County MUD No. 24 and is proudly being managed by Four & One Landscape Architecture (http://www.4and1design.com).

The project was approved in Summer of 2016 to begin construction in the fall.  Northwest 24 was able to negotiate some of the lowest possible prices on the project without sacrificing material or build quality.  The wall construction was completed along the west side of Bammel North Houston Road.  The new neighborhood monument was constructed at the entrance of the Ash Creek neighborhood on Oak Falls Drive.  A warmly welcomed addition & improvement to the community.

In addition to all of the positive feedback from the Residents,  the district received an award submission from the Association of Water Board Directors,Texas (AWBD)
